Postak is an Arabic social media design web app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with this policy. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described below.

• Account info: name, email, and profile photo via Google OAuth
• Design data: designs you create and save in the app
• Subscription data: payment info and active plan (we do not store card data directly)
• Usage data: browser type, device, and usage time to improve the app

• Provide and operate app services
• Auto-save and restore your designs
• Manage your subscription and process payments
• Send important account notifications
• Improve app performance and development

We use the following services to operate the app:

• Supabase — Design and user data storage
• Firebase — Template and settings management
• Google OAuth — Secure sign-in
• PayTabs — Secure payment processing
• Vercel — App hosting

When you choose to share a design in the Community section, it will be visible to all Postak users. You can delete your shared designs at any time.

• All connections are encrypted via HTTPS
• Card data is processed by PayTabs only and never stored by us
• Data access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies
• API keys are stored in a secure server environment

• Access your stored personal data
• Correct or update your data
• Permanently delete your account and all data
• Export your designs before account deletion

We use only essential cookies to maintain your login session and app settings. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or an in-app notification.

By using Postak (postak.art), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the application.

Postak is a web app for designing Arabic social media posts, including:

• Professional canvas-based design editor
• Elements, backgrounds, and template library
• Automatic cloud design saving
• Community design sharing (Pro subscribers)
• High-quality design export

• Free Plan: Limited access to app features
• Pro Monthly ($5/month): Full access to all features
• Pro Annual ($45/year): Full access at a discounted rate

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Monthly subscription: no refund for current period; auto-renewal stops
• Annual subscription: partial refund within 7 days of purchase
• Technical errors on our side will be reviewed individually

Your designs: You retain full ownership of any design you create using the app.

App content: Built-in templates, elements, and backgrounds are licensed for use within Postak only.

Community designs: When sharing a design, you grant Postak users a limited license to use it as a starting point.

• Publishing offensive or illegal content
• Violating others' intellectual property rights
• Commercial use without an appropriate subscription
• Attempting to hack or manipulate app systems
• Sharing login credentials with third parties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss or service interruption beyond our control. We do our best to maintain service continuity and data security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms, with notification via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably first; otherwise, it will be referred to the competent legal authorities.
